Terms and Conditions

1. Temporary Lodging Only

The Sierra Extended Stay provides temporary lodging accommodations only. Guests acknowledge that their stay does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, lease agreement, or residency rights under Florida law. Occupancy is intended solely for short-term lodging.

 

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests must complete check-in at the front desk and provide valid identification.

Check-in and check-out policies may be updated by management at any time. Failure to comply with checkout requirements may result in additional charges.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment for accommodations must be made in advance according to the selected rate period.

Current room options may include:

• Weekly rates
• Four-week extended stay rates

Rates are subject to change without prior notice based on availability and demand.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests and staff.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities on property
• Excessive noise or disturbance
• Property damage or vandalism
• Unauthorized occupants

Management reserves the right to terminate a stay immediately without refund if these policies are violated.

 

6. Occupancy Limits

Rooms are limited to the number of occupants allowed by management and local safety regulations. Additional guests may result in additional fees or denial of occupancy.

 

7. Pet Policy

The Sierra Extended Stay is pet-friendly under the following conditions:

• Pets must have a valid rabies vaccination certificate
• Guests are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their pets
• Pets causing damage or disturbance may result in additional fees

Management reserves the right to deny pet accommodations if policies are violated.

8. Property Damage

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, appliances, or property during their stay.

Charges may be applied for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning required.

 

9. Parking

On-site parking is provided for registered guests only. The Sierra Extended Stay is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property left in vehicles.

 

10. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The Sierra Extended Stay shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

 

11. Housekeeping and Maintenance

Housekeeping services may vary depending on the length of stay. Management reserves the right to enter rooms for maintenance, safety inspections, or emergency situations.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate property policies or create disturbances affecting other guests.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

The Sierra Extended Stay shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events.

 

14. Policy Updates

Management reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the property indicates acceptance of the most current terms.
